Selling to devs
Hi guys !
I am currently building a tool to help me and my team follow and release our projects on gitlab (a dozen different services)
I am planning to make it a SaaS but I have heard that devs are really bad customers because we tend to build our own things (like I am currently doing I guess 🧐)
What’s your take on that ? Any advice ?
Very accurate, but I think you need to aim more at the team of developers attached to companies with funds to pay for these tools. Individual developers are super challenging to target. That's my assumption.
