Hi guys I wanted to talk about a starting a service based business. The service would be to use zapper to help automate tasks within businesses. However upon searching on Google i haven't found any kind of service do you think ots because its not viable? And if you were to sell such a service how would you position your self in terms of selling your services.
Example of automations could be to send leads personal messages, notify team about new leads and many other processes.
luhhu.com run by Andrew Davison does this. But there is such a big market for this worldwide since most businesses are looking to cut costs in the long term.
Do you have target clients in mind? Go talk to them and find out.
It sounds like a good idea. But the only way to know is to talk to people.
This is a great idea. I've seen others do this before, but that doesn't mean there aren't opportunities.
Focus on a niche to start so that the value is clear, then you can broaden your offering.
For example, I use MailWizz and there are almost no pre-built zapier integrations for it. Using Mailwizz saves me $200+ per month but it's not as popular or easy to use as the consumer email apps. It'd be nice to mark sales as "purchased" in my list.
Also, I think the indiehackers community is probably skilled enough to not be your target market. If I were you, I'd research other target audiences that don't even know what automations can do.
Yeah agree -- definitely think that it's a viable idea especially since you can directly relate implementing automation to zapier and cost savings. This person: https://paulminors.com/consulting/zapier-consulting/ does something similar.
This is a great idea and I haven't created alot of zapier services(maybe one) but I would probably create templates of services. Find out what audience you wanna build for a make template services and then make a website to sell those. And if someone needs something custom, it can be a case by case. That's probably how I would do it.
it's important to research the market Pizza Tower and identify if there is a demand for such a service. While there may not be many companies advertising this specific service, it doesn't mean there isn't a market for it. Reach out to businesses in your network or conduct surveys to determine if there is a need for this type of service.
Just started doing this ourselves using outreach email to local companies to begin with. I'm targeting those that really need more time and have tasks which can easily be automated.
In case you're still looking for examples of people selling Zapier services, I came across this the other day and thought it might fit what you were looking for as an example: https://www.getbailey.com/zapier-consultants. Hope it helps.
Thanks for the input guys, I will act on your advice 👍
