Send Mail Online without a Printer

This all started with a phone call from an elderly family member asking if I could print some documents and drive them over. The problem? They lived hours away.

I thought: why can’t I just upload a document and have it printed and mailed to them directly?

I tried using some existing services, but they were clunky, hard to format, and not very user-friendly — especially for non-tech-savvy folks. So I mocked up a quick solution. That prototype turned into something I kept refining, and eventually became a fully usable tool.

Now it’s live as The Letter Pilot, and I’ve got a small but growing client base — mostly people who would’ve otherwise struggled to send important mail without a printer or access to a post office.

It’s wild how a simple need turned into something useful for others too.
