Hi all,
I am in the process of launching my project, a tool to help find issues in your website.
In the building it I have looked at many competing services to use, and tried to make a mental note of why I chose one over the other, so I'm happy to look at some of your projects and give you feedback with that in mind.
So please post your websites, and I'll give you both the automated and personal review.
Would love a review - https://teamo.team/
Thank you!
You have some minor spelling issues: https://app.pagewatch.dev/8460c7ebb81dc5f2bc1e4d4654e9cd3be4007f87/dashboard
Your site looks very clean and loads fast, I'm just not super clear on first impression what it is about.. Team Cards is not a term I'm familiar with, I got a better idea once I saw the 'Congrats' sample, but it should be possible to make it a bit more clear.
Good luck!
Wow that's a great tool you have there! Thanks for the feedback :)
For you personally, have you been working remotely with your team and how has your team been going about to celebrate team occasions? If you will, I'd love to hear more from your experience.
Its just me working on the project so cannot really answer that yet :)
Would love some feedback at http://prodafy.com/
Would love to get some feedback on https://linq.bio

Your site loads very fast ands its pretty clear to me what its about. I would like to see an example site though (maybe even from the creators), and also some info from the people behind it (at least a twitter link)
Good luck!
Thanks! Worked on some example pages and started with a Twitter account. Will update the Landing Page with this soon.
Would love to see your review on slipandlabel.com
Thank you!

I would love to get some feedback. Thank you!
I also have no idea what this is about! Would love an explanation actually!
I'm attempting to chip away at the military transition problem.
We're the first online concierge for the military. A resource network propelling Marines lives forward by connecting them to their benefits and resources via SMS text, instead of going through the disorganized military bureaucracy.
By building a trustworthy template for their success in the military, Fall In can be a trustworthy guide for their success as civilians.
Every successfully transitioned military member makes a dent in the 22 a-day suicide rate.
Only found one minor spelling issue: https://app.pagewatch.dev/1ae76735b8e8c37f1ec90d3d959e7d8caf553751/dashboard
I might be missing some military lingo but on first impression I had no idea what it was about, definitely room to make it more clear.
The call to action 'I want texts' is also a bit unclear, at least to me.
Good luck!

I think the other issues in the report are mostly false positives, it got a bit confused with your code explorer.
As for the site, I really like the interactive demo. I'm just a bit unclear where the data comes from, does this connect with my database? with stripe's api? I think you can make that more clear.
Also consider adding an about section, I always like to see the people behind a company when I evaluate my options.
Good luck!

I like the site, it gets straight to the point. I think you can make it even more clear that these are customized recommendations, not just the same hand-picked jobs that everyone gets.
Why is only Twitter listed under support at the bottom?
Good luck!
Thank you so much for the response. That's helpful.
Re: customized recommendations, I did have this here -> https://i.imgur.com/oaI0n8U.png
Do you think I should change the copy to make it clear somehow? Any suggestions?
Yup I did see that, but its below the fold and I kind of scrolled past it on first go.

What about a link to your site? Would gladly do a trade of reviews.
Some issues on mobile, nothing else too serious: https://app.pagewatch.dev/ea66e922c97b5f871c059985e42a5ca9c3863f80/dashboard
I'm finding the contrast here (blue on dark background) a bit hard to read: https://www.uecasts.com/categories/blueprints , also the course details itsself is a bit hard for me to read (maybe the column is too narrow, or again the contrast).
I like that you have an example video and the pricing immediately visible on the homepage.
Good luck!
mowned.com
It's a SPA React with no server side rendering. Maybe automated review will fail :D
I render the site in a real browser and spent quite a bit of time trying to make it work anywhere, so this was a good test :)
You have a few spelling issues: https://app.pagewatch.dev/fd8ea434702721ef6acaf63f79865dc648b19e83/dashboard
My tool also reports broken images, but I think that might be an issue with the lazy loading, I'l have to investigate.
Yours is certainly an interesting site, I love finding such sites that I didnt know existed before. It seems to do what it intends to quite well, so other than the spelling errors I cant provide much help :)
Good luck!
Hehe, at least now you've made it reactproof :D
Thanks for checking by, the reports are interesting, also the spelling checker is a nice touch.
Thanks! I've made it because i am a smartphone junkie.. so there's that :D.
Good luck you too!

You have to be much clearer in what the site is about, it is clear to me at all just looking at the list on the homepage. What do I get for filling out any form? Users are not just going to fill out anything without knowing what is in it for them.
I'd suggest adding an explainer section, and an about page to give users a better idea what to expect.
Good luck!

Just realized you are looking the opposite way on mobile :)
I like the site, it feels very personal for some reason, and clear in what it is about. Dont think I can add much here, seems pretty thought out to me, well done :)
ps since you are in the crypto industry, I thought I'd share something silly I built some years ago (but still running) https://coinminingstats.com/globe , its a live view of where coins are mined in the world, I think it looks pretty cool even if its not useful.
Thank you so much.

You should change the favicon away from the default (Ghost?) theme.
The contrast on the sun icon at the top is really bad, its almost invisible.
Personally I have found it extremely hard to get anywhere with amazon associate income, so best of luck! I think your success here will be more in creating good content week after week than anything on the website design.

I think your site would greatly benefit from some social proof. A review box of past clients maybe.
Your site looks clean but for me it feels almost too text based, could do with some visual content.
Good luck!

I'm not familiar with that field, but $5/ month feels very low.
It looks like you are still building out the site, but if your real time traffic feature and other things work it can make some great screenshots to showcase.

Some feedback: I like the immediate example you show.
The 'install now' link at the top does not work.
Is your service free? I'd probably mention it somewhere.
I think the 'Powered by Chart Nerd' is too prominent, everything else is a muted font so that really stands out a bit too much in the charts for me.
Good luck!
Thanks for the feedback, like your product it is really helpful & informative. I will definitely use it for my new projects.

-My first impression was that the site was a job board, but it looks to actually be more of a mentorship/training platform? I think you could be more clear.
-The mouse cursor does not change when I hover over the 'Chat with us' button, bit confusing as the button does work.
Would love to get some feedback!

I think your site is pretty clear, what is missing for me is pricing information.
Also your last story entry / twitter post is from February, when I evaluate projects I typically like to see that it is still active, even if its just a repost of a tweet.
Good luck!

My first impressions was that the website was very clear/readable, good start for what you are selling. I found the heading a bit clunky though ('This is the best way to boost web accessibility initiative.')
It took me a while to figure out what you were actually offering (the accessibility toolbar), I'd suggest you make that more obvious (maybe add a 'try here' text next to the icon, I didnt even see that initially)
Was there really over 11 million pages that used it last month? thats a lot.
Thanks for that feedback. I will implement "Try here" button somewhere.
Yep my toolbar was loaded 11 million times on different web pages accross the internet.

Ha that is certainly minimalist, I like it :)
My tool found no errors: https://app.pagewatch.dev/7cbe117a9277fe6f4539cb0152a56062c4c614d6/dashboard
My only feedback is I didnt immediately realize the 'Amazon 2.0' is the project, it just looks like another link on your site. Only when I hit the > button did it click. Maybe you can make it a bit more obvious?
www.tryprism.co
Curious what you think!
I like the site, very clean looking.
It has some display issues on an iPad: https://app.pagewatch.dev/d11c4b19c89eb6cb9af7f59f6959deb75e5fcb6f/dashboard
I'd want to see a link to the extension without requiring a login (you can usually get a feel for the functionality from the extension page, plus the reviews can be useful)
I personally have hundreds (thousands?) of bookmarks, will this work with that amount?
Thanks! That's interesting to see. I did not optimize it for tablet so that makes sense.
Good idea on offering a link to check out the extension. (Here is it.)[https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/prism-visual-bookmarks/diobhoifomoegojeaaghkfleolkhbipj] Wish there could be more reviews but apparently the chrome store is not allowing new reviews right now? People were going to write some but couldn't so that's a bummer.
So yes, the product can work with lots of bookmarks though it wasn't designed to optimize for that. You can import your bookmarks on sign up if you want to try it. However I've noticed that with lots of bookmarks the importing is pretty slow right now. Lots of work to do!
I have some suggestions based on whats on the website, that could increase your conversion to trial, let me know if you're interested
Much better feedback explained with the screenshare
https://plyian.com - Thank you.
Your site is not loading from my location (South Africa)
That's new news? I'm not sure why that is the case.
Can you try again?
I just get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT from here, very odd.
It did load through my tool though (servers are outside South Africa), no issues found but you can see the report here anyway: https://app.pagewatch.dev/cb391bb5faf8166ade3415d3035144f43c4825c8/dashboard
I'l try again tomorrow might be temporary issue with my country's internet.
It's strange, you are the first one who mentioned this. I didn't know this was a thing.
https://portabella.io - looking forward to the feedback!
Thats a nice and fast loading site :)
You have a few minor spelling issues: https://app.pagewatch.dev/5d49efac5d90e8c41e42fca715020ba581256a3c/dashboard
I like that you have the screenshot, immediately shows me what to expect.
The "End-to-end encryption already trusted in products such as" feels a bit strange to me (and the text is super small). It kind of implies that they are customers (products would normally ist their customers in that spot with logos), but you are just saying these guys also use encryption?
I would add an about section, especially for a security conscious app like yours I would like to know the people behind it.
Good luck :)
Those spelling mistakes were pretty embarrassing, thanks!
Yeah, I'm not sure about it either. I got recommended to add a social proof, but I don't have any users yet. So my thought was to add other companies who are doing end-to-end encrypted products. It does look a bit shady.
I'm in the process of switching to a static site generator so I can support more pages in my site. Will definitely add an about page!
https://www.pritact.com/
Thanks
This it the report, it only found one issue (your signup page is returning a 404)
https://app.pagewatch.dev/a125c548068bb0532becca7a91e05e2a7bc7ea20/dashboard
I like the look, but its not very clear to me exactly what your product does, it would benefit from some screenshots / video at least. Is it an encrypted chat like slack? Or more like keybase? Web based or download?
If I scroll to the bottom and back up the 'enterprise' stays highlighted, that felt a bit weird.
Feedback appreciated and noted. The signup button does work, but it has a javascript action (the template I got is setup that way). Maybe that through off the scanner?
This page https://app.pritact.com/org/register is definitely returning a 404 (check the devtools). It might not matter as much (it works in chrome), but it is an issue. (it might hurt your rankings if you link to 404 pages)
I see. It's the SPA serving. Thanks again
https://www.logology.co - thx!
Found some broken links and other minor issues: https://app.pagewatch.dev/13c7b965cca554abc3dc52ecfee72a9ca94b2df4/dashboard
I like the look, its certainly different. I even signed up, but I feel there are just too many questions, I almost gave up midway since I still have no idea what to expect after the answers (do you show some autogenerated logos based on my answers?). I never got the verification email so cant continue.
I would prefer to see at least a screenshot or some information on what to expect from the app.
Just got the code (email went to promotions).
I like some of the logos, I still feel you can cut down on some of the questions, I'm betting you are losing people along the way.

This is the automated report: https://app.pagewatch.dev/c625e9122f4c9d3a1bf20b7920a23481795d47e4/dashboard
Takaway: You have a bunch of missing js files that you should probably fix, and I'd add a meta title and alt tags to your images to increase your SEO score (since the site is about SEO)
My notes: You have to be really careful to get the grammar right since that is in part what you are selling. "My Ai Writer provides a you with High quality copy rewrites", the 'a' should not be there.
I also dont like the 'Unlimited Features coming' part, to me it makes it feel as if the product is not yet complete.
On the pricing page you state one full website rewrite, but its not clear how many pages that includes, obviously you are not going to rewrite my 1000 page site for $25.

I think you can make it a bit more clear who it is for, 'discover communities' and 'monetize your community' are two very different use cases, I would probably give each their own section.
I'd also prefer to see some examples of the stats/analytics you provide (screenshot maybe?)
You have reddit communities in there, how do you collect stats from them?
Good luck!

This is the automated report, it found a small issue on mobile: https://app.pagewatch.dev/e54ab1fbf4909b7a8233d0e490f0cdd730d69f89/dashboard
I think you need to make it more clear who this is for, 'discover projects' is very generic. It looks like a way to share coding / component examples with code?
I like that there is a demo link to quickly try it, I did not expect clicking an entry to start playing sound at full volume though.
I have a big screen so the padding on the homepage is huge, but that might not be an issue for most.
I always like to click the about page / twitter account for interesting projects, I think you should add one.
Good luck :)
