Sendfully - Email for indie hackers running multiple projects

I've been building side projects for a few years now, and each one eventually needed a newsletter. Nothing fancy - just a way to keep early users in the loop and grow a small community around each project.
The problem was that every email service I tried had the same pricing model: free or cheap for one newsletter, then expensive the moment you added a second. Most plans had tight limits on the number of contacts you could have as well.
So I built Sendfully.
How it works: Connect a sending domain, add your contacts, write your message, send.
How pricing works: You pay based on the number of emails you send, not the number of contacts in your list. Multiple newsletters and sending domains are included in every plan.
Sendfully handles the infrastructure side - DNS setup guidance, send queuing, deliverability monitoring - so you don't have to think about it.
It's fully bootstrapped. I'm building this slowly and intentionally. I'd rather make something that works well for a smaller group of people than chase growth for its own sake.
