Sendgrid's horrible customer experience

My dev team just wasted a day, signing up for and connecting send grid to send verification emails to our customers. Suddenly receive an email from sendgrid, telling us we have been locked out of our account for ??? reasons.

Keep in mind, we were using send grid for sending verification links to customers that sign up, not for any sort of email marketing.

Horrible experience, horrible support, I recommend all founders to STAY AWAY from sendgrid.
