Senior engineer looking for a venture
Hi all,
I finally decided to join IH after lurking for quite sometime. This year i have freed up a lot of time apart from my job and I wish to spend it working with another dedicated person/team building something interesting and exciting.
A bit of background about me, I am a senior engineer with over 10 years of industry experience. I am/have been lead/senior engineer at most of my jobs including CTO in one of them. I have a full time job which I love very much but a lot of free time as well.
I have worked in many stacks and different languages throughout the years but at the moment I am primarily doing full stack development with React and Go/Rust in the backend. I have experience with React Native as well on the mobile side, and ObjC (but i prefer RN). With that said I have also worked with Node, Ruby (RoR), Kotlin, Scala, Java and Python (mostly for ML). On the DB side, I have touched quite a bit - NoSQL, SQL, Geohash-based, Key/Value, etc.

You sound exactly like what my partner and I are looking for. We're building an all-in-one Real Estate system. Including CRM +AI, Transaction Management, IDX+CMS, Reporting and Analytics, Marketing Suite with Social Media integrations. Two mobile apps, one to run the Real Estate agents back end business, and another as a front facing app for customers to use to search for properties branded to the agent.
