I get what you are saying and the truth is that there are a lot of situations, where both parties benefit from the deal. Imagine you have product niche specific to your industry , but you lack time, tech knowledge, man power or budget to hire or just feeling stuck. Then having someone that can take over some of that and getting a deal 20%-80% would sound pretty good right? No one is asking to give half of you product for empty promises. What if that accelerates your product growth more than twice? Then having a fraction a business shared doesn't sound like a bad idea.
To keep it short i'll stop here.
How do you plan to be a co-founder, if your not founding anything and just trying to jump on existing ship?

Hey @MariusAlch, I'd love to chat. You can find details of what im looking for here: https://www.indiehackers.com/post/c78e62a221
I wouldn't stress too much on the $100 MRR... that's inconsequential. Focus on a good team/app.
I agree completely. I believe some small mrr shows that people already deliver atleast minimum value to get a starting point for iterating process.
How much time do you have per week?
20 - 30 hours
Are you looking for something strictly in blockchain?
Not strictly, main goal is to utilize recently freed up time.
