Regarding DeliverBack, a couple of ideas:

1. Content marketing: There are some interesting blog posts, like "The Top 10 most common items lost & found at hotels" but you've got hundreds of posts that are basically duplicates, which Google doesn't tend to rank well. Many of these also target keywords with little to no volume, like "Pergamos Athens lost and found." I would consider "retiring" these as they get zero to few visits and take up crawl budget, and perhaps replace with 1 service page with specific info on how people can get their lost goods from each airport.
2. Target higher-volume keywords: The keywords the site ranks for are mainly low volume, which is fine since you provide local services, but consider creating content around higher-volume keywords. Think also content clusters or hub pages.
3. On page: On the level of pages, the site has a lot of duplicate content so I'd consider defining page types with not only different text but also varying designs. I'd also use fonts consistently in blog posts.
4. Off page: Cultivate relationships with international travel agencies and tourist websites, and get mentions and write guest posts on their sites for backlinks.

Consider these SEO efforts as an investment for when this coronavirus is finally over and tourism comes back in force.
