SEO on low content site
We are working on a small nice website (target audience is in Denmark only).
Many users will propably learn about the site from mouth to mouth but we would also like to get users via Google.
The site consist of a list of companies (about 125) that the user can search and filter. There is a map with location of the companies and then there is a subpage for each company with more info (Adress, notes, facts...)
It is all very compact and precise for the user to quickly find the information they need.
The "problem" is that there is not much content text for google to look at. And I dont think I can write huge amount of blog posts.
Should we try to write text under our list just for Google to have something to work with or should we take a different approach?
At the moment the list is on the index page, so the user can quickly get to the information, but would it be better to make a different index/landing page with a link to a subpage with the list?
The subpages of each company dosn't have much text either. Information is presented and that is it. We might in the future build out the subpages with more info and perhaps user experience etc. but not at the moment.
Only add text content if it makes sense. Otherwise, you'll waste time and/or money for nothing.

You'll have to create templates for every type of landing page. I'd suggest these:
Company landing page for ranking for brandable keywords like "[company name] pricing" or "[company name] reviews". It should have the name, addresses, phone numbers, list of services, short description (a couple of paragraphs), and maybe a rating.
City landing page for keywords like "best [web design/software/moving/etc.] companies in [city]". It should list the companies from a particular city with names, addresses, and phone numbers.
