SEO strategy showing great results 🔥

I’ve been focusing on trying to write 3-4 blogs a week around topics that I love and relate to the tech industry.

I then take these blog posts and promote them on Twitter, Reddit, Hacker News and here on Indie Hackers.

I started doing this two weeks ago and I’m starting to see the results 🔥

Check out some of the blog content here if you’re interested: https://www.zozoapp.co/blog

Please share any other tips you might have to help me out! Thank you I’m advance 🙏🏻

    Hey AJ,

    Congrats on your results.

Just wanted to tell you that there is a typo on the white "donwload" on your hero section.
    Cheers!

How do you find topics? And how often should we post??

    1. 1

I think of the topics since I’m already in that industry and I try to post 2-4 a week

  5. 2

How do you know what to post? Do you do keyword research for each blog entry?

    1. 1

I should, still learning how to do this. I try to post things related to tech since that’s the market my startups in.

    I love this!

I've been doing the same thing, and it's really helped to build my audience.

I'd recommend posting on Substack as well, because those sites have a lot of readers who are interested in tech and startups. They can be great places to get more exposure for your content. I just wrote this article on Substack.

    1. 1

Do you just put a link to the article on Substack?

Have you learned anything? Is there any advice you can give on how to write these blog posts and if 3-4 times a week is enough?

    Edit:

Also where did you see the most results coming from? Reddit? Twitter?

    1. 1

I’m trying to learn everyday. My advice keep writing. I find the best results to come from here lol

Great! Can all blogs be posted on one platform? Or it only matters with repurposing the content?

    1. 1

I would post your blog on a single source. I have it on my website, I then repost the link to my blog on these other channels like medium, Reddit, etc

      1. 1

        Thanks for sharing!

Are visitors converted to users of your product?

    1. 2

That’s the main reason I’m redesigning and building the website. Haven’t been able to convert as much as I like. But regardless I’m converting just want to see it be higher.

      1. 1

Please, update on the results after the site update.

    Great!!
How do you promote blogs on hacker news?

    1. 1

      I post on there. I don’t promote.

  11. 2

Nice! How. Long did it take to be approved on IndieHackers?

    1. 1

I kept interacting and it took a couple of days.

    2. 1

It’s really fast! Just be active on the platform and provide valuable feedback, then it’ll happen in no time!

You're doing great! The blog is really coming together and I can't wait to see what you do next. Keep up the hard work 💪

    1. 1

Thanks a lot, trying my best lol it’s so hard.

  13. 2

How often are you posting? Have you noticed better results / interaction rates with one platform over another?

    1. 1

Trying to post 3 blog posts during the week and 1 on the weekend. I find that Indie hackers & Twitter does well, but if you find the right Reddit Channel it can do even better.
