Service or storage service for video

I'm working on an application that makes heavy use of short videos (max 10s each) and where users are able to shoot videos and upload them. I was thinking of storing them on an aws s3 bucket and optimising them using ffmpeg during upload. I've also looked into services like imgix.com but if you want to make use of their video api you have to sign up for their enterprise plan... Now I'm not familiar in the field of video optimisation services and was wondering if any of you are familiar with similar services that provided end-to-end video handling/optimisaton like imgix?
