[service suggest] Image service path selector

Hi guys, i need some url suggest.

I remeber exist a saas service (microsaas) When you upload a imagen an then you can select a path or polygon from image.

On the polygon you can put a html snippet like title, description etc etc ... its for map selector, or images path in ecommerce

I cant remember the website and google not help. Did you know that website ?
