Setting up a basic Django project with Poetry

    I tried poetry as it seems like a much easier tool to use to deploy code to PyPI than having setup.cfg, manifest.in, setup.py and anything else that I might have forgotten.

    That said, I ran into some issues. Had a look at the GitHub page for it and it doesn't have the features that I needed. Hope to give it another shot once it's matured a bit more!
