Seven years of a side project

The initial commit was 2017. v2 shipped in 2018. I nearly abandoned it more than once.

SnipperApp 3 is a full rewrite in Swift 6 — folders, tags, workspaces, iCloud sync, two-way GitHub Gist sync, markdown notes with images.

It's crazy to think how much everything changed since the initial release.

The SnipperApp is still there, but the way people use it changed over time and it's good to keep it up to date with modern trends.

Seven years gives you something most early products don't: actual usage history. Did the way people use SnipperApp change enough over that time to reveal a specific workflow that's now driving retention, or was the rewrite mainly about keeping the product technically current?
