Shall I Make Service Legal Doc Generator?

I am thinking for making simlpe web-app where service businesses can create there legal documents using AI - which they can via link or email to freelancers - where freelancer can verify via email or KYC (https://www.swift.com/your-needs/financial-crime-cyber-security/know-your-customer-kyc/meaning-kyc)

and sign using canvas or image just like normally done

Document will have edits and activity logs
Documents will have AI generated Summary and highlights
and a good file manager for pro users

I think this is better than current process - sharing pdf over emails
Both parties take to do this part : )
