Wrote a quick collection of resources for teams laid off

Special mention to friends at Grupa for allowing teams to apply as a group for contract work, rather than looking for jobs individually.

The act of compiling these resources was mainly to share within my network of those looking for a job, but thought it would be useful here as well. Also helped me pen some thoughts for my new newsletter.
