Share your daily habits

this product

Hey guys, I am really interested in people routines. It could be interesting to see other indie makers routine, I think that it could be positive for improving our daily habits, and maybe boosting our productivity.

I have created a platform where you can create easily your routine and share it on twitter.
https://www.mydailyhabits.co

Do you think that is it useful?

I am fascinated by these daily habits too. Here is my morning routine: https://jefftriplett.com/2018/my-morning-routine/

Typically wake up around 6 am.

Have a big glass of cold water, then my necessary coffee.

    1. Journal
Start by writing 3 things that i'm grateful in my life, either that happened the day before, that i've experienced recently or something that I can look forward to in the day.

Followed by a brain dump of things I'm feeling or how things are going and improved.

    1. Goal affirmations
Review my goals i've set for the year and make sure i'm aligned.

    2. Meditation
Use the app Aware to do some breathing meditation for at least 10 minutes. Clear the mind and get ready for the day :).

Then work, play, fun, time with wife/daughter.

    Weekdays:

    • Wake up before 5am
    • 30 / 40 minutes of sport
    • 20 minutes of meditation
    • 25 / 50 minutes writing for my technical blog
    • Day job from 8am till 5pm
    • Sport for 30 min / 1 hour
    • Time for side projects / spend time with my girlfriend and / or people
    • In the bed at 10pm

    Week end:

    • Wake up before 5am
    • 30 / 40 minutes of sport
    • 20 minutes of meditation
    • Depends on my planning:
      • Side projects
      • Try to learn new stuff (Computer science ATM)
      • … always a lot of projects / stuff going on
    • In the bed at 10pm

Of course the week end is more flexible, especially if I go out the evening (even if I enjoy it less and less)

I don't really have daily habits. I do have a morning reminder to check my calendar, because I spent so many years not using one that I frequently forget about scheduled meetings. 🙈

I also set out my tasks every week on Monday, then work through them on a daily basis and log what I get done. I'm not sure if you could call that a habit, though.

It doesn't work for me planning the whole week. I have improved my productivity planning just my next day all nights
