Hello Claire! Thanks for doing this! We would love to hear your thoughts on Plaan (https://plaanadventures.com). We're still refining our value proposition and are currently testing a slightly different version with the contacts we obtained from the first version.
Instead of a fully automated planning process, the new version would be an interactive planning tool to still help the user answer the question "what's the plan?" during their traveling days.
Most of the people that landed on our page came from the posts we made in various travel related Facebook groups.

I didn't spend too much time on CRO but focused on the wording. I'd add in more specific sections about how this pertains to e-commerce businesses too if possible!
As for an approach, I think the next step is to get a bit of your customer language lon the page. Like if they mention specific pains in forums related to LLCs, you can use that in your pain section to great effect.
One last thing... there's an overall lack of urgency. To combat this I'd ask: How is NOT having an LLC costing their business? What's the danger of them waiting?
^ The answer belongs on the page.
