    Indie Hackers.

Love: It really helps people! Plus it's fun to work on, and I truly feel like everyone here is "my people."

Hate: Churn! It's tough building a retentive, open community.

emoji alley - Very simple emoji copying app (a modern clone)
Love: I actually started this small project when I interviewed for a Full-Stack job and passed the first one. I am a backend engineer. This was a great proxy to making full-stack web applications which I fell in love and kept improving.
Hate: I want to get more visitors to the website but SEO game is hard. Also, there is not a SEO guide on the internet for small apps without content. Maybe, it's a good spot to fill by a spectator 👀. If you do it please find me. Feeling quite stuck in here.

StandupWizard - Status update for remote teams, directly in Slack

Love: I ultimately built it to solve a problem I've experienced since I've worked remotely for a bit now, but I've received a lot of great feedback from initial customers which makes me want to work even harder on it.

Hate: How difficult its been to track down potential leads and to qualify them. Most products I've been in the past has been pretty easy to access my ideal customer but this is proving slightly more difficult because its a tool built on top of another tool (Slack)

Eredom.com - More than 9k available 5 letter .com domains.

Love: People seem to like it. I got some users who already found a name for their new startup. Quit my job to focus on this (and on other ideas as well).

Hate: Everything is harder when you are on position 96 on Google. So, SEO. Not much content in all-domains pages.

    katlinks.io - Affordable SEO tool

Love: We're building a tool that can help makers improve their SEO game without spending hundreds on pro tools. Also, I've created I nice ecosystem along with superseo.tips and rankmakers.net

Hate: SEO is not as mainstream as other marketing channels, so not everyone wants to use it or at least make time to understand it.

Cool, I may give it a try. At least the pricing is affordable:-)

TheBootstrappedway.com is a fast way to browse through over 100 growth strategies from bootstrapped businesses

Love - I’m building it and find new growth strategies and tactics that worked for others

Hate - I couldn’t find a way to link it to a SaaS to make it even more useful

  7. 2

Year 2049 - Weekly newsletter about disruptive innovations shaping the future of all industries.

Love: I get to learn and write about really interesting things each week

Hate: Trying to get people's attention online and getting more subscribers

  8. 2

railsdevs - reverse job board for Ruby on Rails developers

Love: Leveling up careers by connecting devs with amazing freelance and full-time roles.

Hate: Always feeling like I could be doing more because I’m building in public.

  9. 2

GrepMed - Image Based Medical Reference

Love: We're reaching a large audience of clinicians at scale which is much more fulfilling than bedside clinical work.

Hate: Being at the mercy of google search traffic with extremely volatile traffic swings.

My project is a Virtual Co-Working Space for Entrepreneurs I love that it helps other entrepreneurs to surround themselves with other like-minded people and I hate that I have to do a lot of marketing
