Share your work schedule routine to learn and improve together

I'm curious to see how people actually manage their time and what's the typical week of an IH look like.
I know it depends on the stage of the company, so feel free post post your current status and how do you organize your work. I'll start:
- Product: depshub.com
- Planning: 1h/week on Monday
- Development: 3 days/week (Monday - Wednesday) - 4 hours each day
- Marketing: 2 days/week (Thursday - Friday) - 4 hours each day
I'm also doing a Saturday Hackathon (3h long) for some random ideas and nice-to-have things that don't fit into the main product cycle.
