Shared MVP on Hacker News; it was crazy! 🤯

We shared our MVP of pinggy.io on Show HN. 😮
If you care, Pinggy gives you public URLs to your localhost with a single command - no download needed.

It started slow, with our post not appearing even on the Show HN page for good 30 minutes. But then suddenly it was at the top of Show HN, and on the middle of the HN front page 🚀.

We saw from virtually 0 to around 2000 hits in a single day. And more than 200 Sign ups 📈🔥.

Gradually things slowed down after 48 hours. For an alpha stage product it was a lot more than we expected. 😄

More important were the discussions going on about how to improve and what to add in Pinggy on the comments section. 🤔💭

We of course followed up with everyone showing their support and invited them to a slack channel where we together build the next features of Pinggy. You can join the slack channel too:
