Quick update since I posted about ShipDelta a few days ago.
What shipped:
- Free sample memos are on the site: https://shipdelta.net/sample/
- Product page is up here on IH
- Got into a few free directories (SaaSHub + PitchWall pending review; Launching Next queued)
What I’m still figuring out:
- Who actually pays $297 for a one-cycle pilot vs who just wants a free PDF
- Whether “no material change” weeks still feel worth $249/mo
- How narrow the competitor set needs to be (5 max feels right; maybe 3 is better)
Reminder of the offer: public changelogs / What’s New only → Friday memo + source pack. Not a Crayon/Klue clone — a file you can forward to PMM.
If you’ve bought anything like this (or refused to): what made you say yes or no?

Have conversations with potential buyers revealed whether “no material change” weeks reduce perceived value, or is the bigger obstacle proving the memo is worth paying for in the first place?
