I’d include a sanity-check output for utilization and scope risk—target hours, revision allowance, and payment terms—because a quote can be mathematically profitable but operationally painful. A worked example from a real project could also show how inputs change the recommendation.
The input that decides whether an hourly floor is right or badly wrong is the billable ratio, and it is the one people fill in optimistically. Somebody targeting a yearly number usually assumes around thirty billable hours a week, then actually bills fifteen to eighteen once pitching, revisions, admin and the gaps between clients come out. That one assumption roughly halves the floor, which is the exact mistake the kit exists to prevent. If it defaults utilization low and makes people argue it upward, rather than starting at forty hours, the number that comes out survives contact with a real year.
