Shipped 4 tools in 2 weeks as a solo founder — here's what I built and why

Two weeks ago I posted about hitting #1 Product of the Week on Fazier with Meteorra AI.
Since then I've been heads down building.
Here's what shipped:
🔍 YouTube Analyser

Paste any YouTube URL — get a full metadata score, side-by-side optimisation, and fixes in 30 seconds. Free, no signup.
🥊 Competitor Insights

See why other videos in your niche are beating yours. Paste your URL, find the top performing competitors, see exactly what they're doing differently.
💡 Video Idea Validator

Type your video idea before you film it. Get a discoverability score, 3 better angles, title formats and target audience. Saves hours of wasted filming.
📊 VS Comparison pages

Built 6 competitor comparison pages (VidIQ, TubeBuddy, Morningfame, RapidTags, TubeRanker) — already ranking position 4-5 on Google for "VidIQ alternatives" after just days.
Also got picked up by DailyAIWire with zero outreach.
Planning Product Hunt relaunch July 22.
Still no paid users. But the foundation feels solid now.

What I found interesting is the distinction between shipping momentum and customer momentum.

Adding tools and landing pages clearly increases the surface area for discovery, but the first paying customer is a different milestone entirely.

I'll be interested to see what ends up being the bridge between the two.

you and me both , it would be interesting to see honestly what customers thinks . We have few but till now no converts to paying customer.

That's exactly why I found the thread interesting.

I think there's a decision underneath that which is easier to explain properly than in a thread.

What's the best email to reach you on?

Sent over what I was getting at.
