Shipped 6 apps solo after a health scare – Week 1 building in public

A health scare in my 30s was the wake-up call I needed. I stopped planning and started building.

This week I shipped:

  • Momentum - habit + goal tracking (trymomentum.app)
  • PillPal - medication management (pillpal.app)
  • The Deliberate Breath - a book on intentional living

All solo. No VC. No team. Just personal need turned into products.

Key lessons from week 1:

  1. Build from pain points you actually have
  2. Ship fast, iterate in public
  3. The story behind the product matters more than features
  4. People connect with WHY you built it

All projects at chadtdyar.com

Would love to hear what you're building from personal need.
