Shipped a bunch of updates this week — here's what's new

Been heads-down building. Here's what landed across two of my tools:
MailTrace (email tracking SaaS)

Fixed a embarrassing bug: the tracking pixel route /t/[trackId] existed as a directory but was completely empty 😅 It's actually tracking now
Added geolocation — see which country opened your email, with flag emoji
Open notifications — get an email or Webhook when someone opens
CSV export for open records
Template variables with live preview — write {{name}} and see it replaced in real time

TestimonialWall (social proof SaaS)

Request testimonials via email directly from dashboard
AI polish for testimonials (Pro feature) — one click to clean up awkward phrasing
Approval workflow with internal notes — leave context when approving or rejecting

And the big one: my payment processor (@creemhq) just got fully verified today. 🎉
Both tools have demo mode — no signup needed to try them out.
Would genuinely love feedback from this community. What would make these more useful for you?

What do you think would make these tools—MailTrace and TestimonialWall—more useful or essential in a real workflow?

    1. 1

Great question — I think the key is reducing the moments where you have to think about the tool.
For MailTrace: The most useful version is when it quietly tells you "this prospect hasn't opened your follow-up in 48h" — so you know when to nudge, without manually checking. Right now it tracks, but I want it to prompt action.
For TestimonialWall: The friction point in most workflows is the ask itself — people forget to request testimonials after a good interaction. Making the request feel automatic (triggered by payment, project close, etc.) would make it essential rather than optional.
Basically: both tools should tell you what to do next, not just show you data.
What's your current workflow for follow-ups / collecting social proof?
