Shipped a few important fixes to Waitle today

Custom domains now have their own:
• sitemap.xml
• robots.txt

Also fixed:
• subdomain routing bugs
• subpages routing on custom domains
• SSL verification for custom domain

Slowly making Waitle more production-ready.
