Hey IH,
I kept leaving my desk mid-task and wishing I could just send commands to Claude Code from my phone. So I built that.
ttapp lets you control Claude Code remotely — type from mobile, desktop runs it, push notification when done. Also added automation workflows, webhook triggers, multi-desktop support.
3 months of building. Live on Android and iOS.
Current numbers: real users, $0 revenue.
I launched a $2.99/mo plan. Nobody's converting. I don't know if it's the price, the positioning, or just that the problem isn't real enough for people to pay.
Has anyone been in this spot? How did you figure out if it was a pricing problem or a demand problem?
Something stroke upon checking the landing page, a quick AB test with a bolder copy more benefit oriented over the feature.
Ship full Apps from your phone or something in that line could engage much more. Also, i think anthropic shipped something similar so make yours stand out against it?
Real users with zero revenue at .99 is a useful signal — that's one of the cheapest prices in SaaS, and if it's not converting, it's probably not a price objection.
The diagnostic question: are those real users opening the app multiple times per week? If yes → demand exists, and it's a positioning/messaging problem (they don't understand what they're buying). If no → the problem might be intermittent (people want it for specific moments, not daily).
The other thing worth testing: is the checkout flow frictionless? For a .99/mo tool, a surprising number of conversions drop at the payment step itself — card friction, stripe checkout redirect confusion, etc.
'I don't know if it's the price or the demand' — the fastest way to find out is to ask your users directly. DM the 5 most active ones and ask 'what would it take for you to pay .99 for this?' Their answers usually tell you everything.
