I'm a solopreneur and I've been working on Famewall for the past 1 year
I regularly ship side projects and free tools. Once I thought about launching a directory of tools that you'd use on the landing page
I ended up shipping the directory in 3 days and launching it on Product Hunt
Surprisingly I got messages from 2 founders requesting the codebase so that they could build their own website directories
Here's the message from one of the founders:

I happily got paid and gave them access to a white-labeled GitHub repository
But then I thought that there would be a chance others might need something similar
Now with a new product idea, I planned to ship it as a standalone project
After 48 hours, I've launched a new project - Simplidirectory - Nextjs, Supabase, and Tailwind starter kit to launch website directories in minutes

Let me know what you think
Also i see that your directory template is basic.
Can you push it to something like this https://www.futurepedia.io/ ?
Oh could I know what are the features which you'd like to see?
I feel there is way too much space in current design, maybe you can incorporate other details and make it more professional.
You can add more filter options, can add 3 to 4 basic categories like button below search, submit option can be in header, ability to change font/add logo and finally checking the design in mobile because right now some of the elements are not visible in mobile.
Directories are great.
Ever since the days of Yellow Pages, they've always been useful.
Best wishes.
Thanks Saad :)
I am in the process of building something similar but good to see someone else has done that.
Do you have all docs, especially regarding hosting because it's always been confusing for me.
Also do you think this is more feasible compared to unicorn platform/softr because they do offer a directory template--ofocurse they come with branding which again is an issue.
