Shipped bounties, job board, and crypto payments — 6 months post-launch

Still running on Cloudflare (zero server costs).

What we shipped in 6 months:

- AI Job Hub with smart candidate matching from Q&A history

- Bounty system for questions (crypto rewards)

- Crypto payment integration (worldwide access, no Stripe restrictions)

- E2E encrypted private Q&A

- Public developer profiles with contribution history

Monthly costs: still under $5. Cloudflare D1 + Workers free tier covers almost everything.

Biggest learning: the privacy scanner became our main differentiator — users mention it in almost every review.
