Shipped my first SaaS tonight (AETHR — productivity OS). Looking for testers who'll be brutally honest.

Long-time lurker. Just shipped AETHR after several months of solo building. Tonight was the production push (with one stressful URL rebrand mid-deploy, story for another day).
The product:
A productivity dashboard built around four quadrants — Do (tasks), Think (AI assistant), Now (live metrics), Why (goals). The pitch is that they're all visible at once, on one screen, and the AI (called Sync) has context across all of them.Built it because I was burning 30+ minutes a day just switching between Notion, Todoist, my metrics spreadsheet, and ChatGPT. Each one good. Together, fragmented.
Where I'm at:
— Live at getaethr.vercel.app (Vercel subdomain — haven't bought the real domain yet)
— Zero users (not counting me)
— No revenue model wired in — free for now
— Solo build: design, code, copy, the whole thing
What I'd love from this community:
I'm not looking for a "looks great, congrats!" thread. I'm looking for 5-10 people who will actually USE it for a few days and tell me:
1. Did the 4-quadrant structure click immediately, or feel arbitrary?
2. Is Sync (the AI) genuinely different from talking to ChatGPT, or does it feel like a wrapper?
3. What's the ONE thing that would make you delete it after the first session?

The 4 quadrants-concept didn't really make sense to me. Why is Q1-Q4? That makes it seem like Quarter 1, Quarter 2 etc, but the sections (Do, think, Now, Why) don't really seem to line up with that timing?
The Sync AI seems minimally helpful. Maybe if I had a ton more data input, it would be more helpful?
How does the business metrics portion work? I clicked "track daily users", but how does this actually work? Am I putting in this data manually? Does it hook up to an analytics backend I have running?
Overall, I think my concern is it seems like I would have to invest a lot of time inputting all my data/goals/things I wanna track without immediately knowing the ROI. This seems useful if I've been using it for months, but with 1-day of inputs, it seems like just another platform

The Q1–Q4 point especially makes sense. Internally I got used to the quadrant language so I stopped noticing that a new user has no reason to intuitively understand it. Hearing that it reads more like “Quarter 1–4” than a conceptual system is actually really helpful.
And I think your point about ROI/setup friction is probably the biggest challenge I need to solve right now.
AETHR becomes more useful as it understands more context over time, but that creates a dangerous onboarding problem where early users are being asked to invest energy before the value is obvious. That’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately and your feedback kind of reinforced it directly.
The Sync feedback is fair too honestly. Right now it probably suffers from the “cold start” issue where the intelligence feels limited until there’s enough behavioral/contextual data to work with. Which means I probably need to create a much stronger first-session experience instead of expecting users to imagine future value.
And for the metrics section — currently it’s manual input while I experiment with the structure, but the long-term direction is integrations + connected analytics rather than users manually feeding dashboards forever.
Really appreciate the honesty here. This kind of feedback is honestly more useful to me than generic praise at this stage.
