Shipped search, shipped messaging, can't see the numbers

Shipped two features this week. Searchable session transcripts — coaches asked for it, so we built search instead of them scrolling through 100+ recordings. And in-app messaging to clients. Removes the context switch. Used to be: close our app, open Gmail, open Twilio, craft a message. Now it's one place. Both small. Both remove friction.

Current metrics? Can't access the DB right now. No idea what the signup rate is or if people are staying. The honest answer is I'm flying blind. But usage signals exist — search is getting queries, messages are getting sent. Something's working. Next move: AI quality. Transcript extraction is solid, but homework assignment sometimes picks up noise. That's the bottleneck.

Planning paid signup for April. Testing with existing coaches first. Real question though — what's the admin task you actually dread? The one you procrastinate on, automate badly, or just accept as a sunk cost? For coaches it's always notes and follow-ups. Curious what breaks other people.
