Shipped Stencil AI — turn any photo into a print-ready tattoo stencil

I've been working on a small, very niche product: Stencil AI (https://stencilai.io).

The problem: a lot of tattoo workflows still mean hand-tracing a client reference into a stencil—or using generic AI art tools that don’t give you something you can actually transfer. I wanted something that takes their photo and returns clean, high-contrast line art you can print and use.

It runs in the browser, takes a few seconds per run, and has style presets so the line weight isn’t one-size-fits-all. New users can sign in and try it free (no card).

If you’ve ever prepped stencils—or just like weird vertical SaaS—I’d love blunt feedback: what would make this useless vs. genuinely helpful?
