Shipped v2.0 today and wanted to share what changed.
WeeklyWrap started as a personal tool. I was billing $X/hour but losing 3 hours every Friday on unpaid admin — writing the same client status update, reformatting it, sending it manually.
So I automated it.
v2.0 adds AI-generated summaries, one-click email delivery to clients, performance charts, custom branding per client, and dark mode.
Still early. No revenue yet. But the product is real and people are using it.
Biggest lesson so far: ship ugly, talk to users, iterate fast. The version in my head was 10x more complex than what I actually needed to build.
