Yesterday I shipped two important pieces for the GoAchievo Flutter app:
a new Boosts page and a basic notification center.
These features matter, but here’s the critical truth:
I’m still moving slower on mobile than I should. Every update exposes gaps in my workflow - UI inconsistency, duplicated logic, and too many “temporary” decisions that slow down the next feature.
The web app feels polished.
The mobile app still feels like a prototype fighting to become a product.
Still, progress is progress. The app is being developed continuously, and each day it gets a bit more real. My next step is tightening the architecture and improving the experience so new users actually stay.
If you’ve gone through a rough mobile rewrite or scaled a web-first product to mobile, I’d love to hear how you approached it.
