Does anyone have a recommendation for a dashboard to track SaaS metrics (e.g. like these: https://sacks.substack.com/p/the-saas-metrics-that-matter) for Shopify app stats beyond the basic partner dashboard?
I saw that Baremetrics supports Shopify apps, but it seems expensive, especially since some of its benefits aren't applicable since Shopify does much of it for you (e.g. merchant payments).
Are there any metrics dashboard solutions dedicated to Shopify/ecommerce apps?
There's a guy called Alexander Hupfer in the Shopify Ecosystem that is building FusionMetrics, I think it's the closest I can think of.
He's actively developing it; so reach out to him on Twitter to ask if FM seems interesting, but is lacking something you need.

Hey, thanks for mentioning!
Shoot me a DM if you have any questions!
Thanks, I will reach out!
The Shopify app developer metrics dashboard provides valuable insights and analytics to track app performance, user engagement, and revenue. It's an essential tool for developers to optimize their apps and drive success in the Shopify ecosystem.
I really want this to exist too, so we can focus on growth and quantify the decisions we make.
As a Shopify app developer, https://www.qservicesit.com/hire-developer/ you can create a custom metrics dashboard to help merchants monitor the performance of their store and their use of your app. Here are a few metrics that you might consider displaying on a dashboard:
Active Users: The number of unique users who have installed and are actively using your app.
Usage: How often the app is being used, either in terms of a number of times it's opened, or the number of specific actions taken within the app.
Conversion Rate: The number of users who complete a desired action, such as making a purchase, compared to the total number of app users.
Revenue: The total amount of money generated by your app, either through direct sales or through commissions on sales made by merchants using your app.
Customer Satisfaction: A measurement of how satisfied customers are with your app, which can be gathered through surveys or through app ratings and reviews.
Support Tickets: The number of support requests received by your team, which can give you insight into any issues or challenges that customers are facing.
It's important to keep in mind that these metrics should be tailored to your specific app and the goals you have for it. The key is to choose metrics that will provide the most valuable insights into how your app is performing and how you can improve it to better serve your customers.
