Shopify Micro Sites

Hey IH! So I've been building a suite of Shopify micro-sites for a client using Gridsome/Netlify/Shopify buy sdk... Their major requirements are that they want to run like 10+ micro-sites from one Shopify backend. Basically they want different frontends for each brand, but want to handle order fulfillment and inventory from one Shopify site.

The biggest issue I've run into is that, sure, I can build them a custom coded theme using Jamstack. But one of the big wins of using Shopify is the Drag-and-drop theme editor that doesn't necessarily require a developer to make changes to.

And there doesn't seem to be a solution out there for this sort of thing for e-com shops?

So, in the spirit of productizing everything; I've been thinking about what a possible solution might look like for this... A sort of drag-and-drop headless theme builder and hosting solution for Jamstack style stores that all span from one backend.

I have a terrible knack for going and building things before doing research :). So first I wanted to reach out to the IH community to specifically ask you E-com folks if this is this is an actual pain point, or is there already a solution out there that I'm missing?
