Should I accept dividends or a fixed price for a WEBSITE?

I have a company that has a news media online website with 10k visitors per week. They want to scale the website to hit 100k monthly, so they asked me: you want a fixed price to do the work & then a salary (200€ monthly) to mantain the website, update etc...; or you'd like to have 10% of our ad banners?
They know a lot of companies, so ads for them or find customers aren't a problem.
What should I do?
