Should I add bit of svg animation?

Not a designer here. I use @steveschoger tips to create a minimalistic but beautiful design.

I use bootstrap to design my landing page. little to no JS. It's clean and minimalistic.

I thought about adding some svg animation to spice up a narrow (10 lines) section that has blue background and little content (it has two words "Peek inside" and a button that takes them there).

Would love to hear your suggestions.
