Should I be looking for better software or more help?

Hi all -- new to #indiehackers

I run an analyst firm and we regularly post research content as well as podcasts, infographics, articles, and we also run a series of events.

It's such a grind to post updates for all those things to all the channels to get the required downloads, registrations, eyeballs, clicks, conversions, all the things. I'd like to hire someone as a contractor to do those things, but finding someone is really tough especially someone who has the ability to write good copy, design good graphic, post things to the write places in the right ways, build an audience, and measure things the right way so we know the right impact.

Does anyone have any advice? Should we be hiring someone or some people? Contractors? better software to manage / create all this?
