I'm thinking of helping YouTube creators grow their email list by offering PDF summaries of their videos.

These PDFs are created using the content in the creator's videos. For example, this How to manage your time video can be converted into a one-page PDF with highlights and actions to take as shown in the video.

The creator can offer a free download from their website if people subscribe to their newsletter.
