Should I buy a course to learn how to build and launch your online business?
The course will cost me 800$ and I'm already a Software Engineer. but I'm stuck on how to find the Solution to the problem, how to select the feature the MVP must have, and How to define the target audience, reach out to them, talk to them and get useful insights from talking with them.

I bought plenty of books and courses when starting out, but nothing close to $800. It's hard to say if it will pay off - maybe it will be just the right thing for you - but you can likely learn the same things for cheaper (or free).
The best way to learn is always by doing.

Here are some books that helped me out when I was creating my first business: The Lean Startup, Lean Analytics, Running Lean, The Four Steps to the Epiphany, The Brain Audit, and Blue Ocean Strategy.
Also, I'm remembering now about Micro Conf! Their videos are incredible: https://microconf.com/videos. I got a ton of value from those, especially anything by Jason Cohen.
I'd also recommend starting with something small, so you can learn the ropes. Don't worry about becoming a millionaire on your first try. Just finish something, ship it, and get some sales under your belt.
