Should I continue building this product?

Hey IH:

I am building this tool that lets you generate content for various social media platforms out of any article on the web with just its link.

Check out the demo [https://youtu.be/w-5UHoaUNmw]. I would like your feedback on it. I made the MVP in 1-2 hours and wanted to know if I should continue working on it or not.

Thanks for your time!

Seems cool! I would be cautious of the name, the first four letters have a lot of baggage

Try to convince someone to pay for it. The best validation ever

I like this idea! Do you plan on adding functionality to go straight from a blog post to tweet/linkedIn/Newsletter? I think that would be a good addition.

I spent 6 months and $20k on developing a similar tool. As a veteran Marketer, I couldn't make it profitable because the market had plenty of other options. And then when ChatGPT hit the scene, it was definitely done for.

Take that for what its worth.

I think there's always room for competition, but if what I said scares you, best to find a different product to built. If it excites you, keep going.

I would say it is really "neat" and more of a feature than something you can build a company on. But, build and launch man! If it works like the demo then I would say let the world have it. Just get it out there and get feedback. People might hate and call it another "wrapper" for AI but at least you are building things and you can iterate based on feedback.

Cool idea. Would be better as part of something like Hootsuite or Buffer

Yes definitely should, looking forward to you sharing afterwards

Sure! Keep doing it. Let me know if you need some help on that!

Looks interesting as maybe a WordPress app, maybe the responses could be look like they would on insta, linkedin etc.

I think the use case is too close to LLM core use case , it's har to differentiate and will require a lot of marketing to even know if there is traction

What makes it different from ChatGPT?

this will work if you know how to market, you need to target people who still don't know about chat gpt or something similar

    Hey, Hammad

    This solo feature won't work,
I believe you can give away the prompts used while generating, as a lead magnet or tweak it still,
Take a tweet example, an image of tweet ss, the caption generated in ss, option for the user to enter something of their own
