Should I help my mom launch THIS business?

My mom is a gem, and she's run her very own one-woman therapy practice for 30+ years. Frankly, she'd like to retire soon but money is really tight. It turns out that running a therapy practice is not only hard (like super hard) but it also doesn't pay squat.

Three reasons why this business is tough-sledding:
(1) PAY STINKS: You get paid by the hour/session, so you're ultimately limited by the number of hours in a day.
(2) INSURANCE COMPANIES STINK: You're constantly fighting against the insurance companies to keep your reimbursements from dropping. Also, people can't always afford her services, even with insurance.
(3) ZERO EQUITY VALUE: After 30+ years, your "book of business" basically has zero equity value. Yeah, that's just the way it works.

Here's my idea >>> sell one session/workshop, to one customer avatar, through one channel...100% online.

Think of a course business, but focused on selling paid sessions (or workshops) that give people an affordable way to improve their mental health, without worrying about money and schedule conflicts. Cover big, umbrella topics like depression, anxiety, regret -- and even drill down into the trenches, like "how to care for an aging parent who mistreated you during childhood."

Example: workshop about dealing with loneliness >>> target single, boomers who might need help>>> run awareness ads on Facebook.

Ultimately, I want to help my mom distill the very best of what she figured out during her amazing 30 year career as a therapist. Then, distill (or productize) it into something for the masses.

What am I missing???
