Should I hire an in-house team or outsourced developers?

I’ve been doing some kind of research on what kind of development team it’s better to hire, and found a lot junk. Some people recommend going with an in-house team because it’s reliable, some claim that ‘outsourcing is cheap and easy’. I’ve found this article(https://djangostars.com/blog/cto-dilemma-building-inhouse-team-vs-finding-technical-partner/) with more or less structured answers, but I’m still not sure about who to hire.
Can you share your opinion, if possible, based on your or your friends' experience?
It could be both options but I recommend outsourcing companies.
Nowadays there so many trustworthy companies that could help to develop an app of your dream without any problems and suggest you all the necessary services (even more).

If it's to build an MVP that may or may not gain traction, outsource then start to transition inhouse as it picks up steam, but managing that can be tricky, which is usually where I come in.
If you have conviction that you're going to be at this for at least a year and a half or two, no matter the response to your MVP, then hire a team, just remember that can be a lot harder to do as engineers have their pick of choice projects to work on, including their own.

The answer really depends on what platform your planning to build your startup on?
I would suggest not outsourcing developers until you know this idea is validated by those around you, and people are willing to use it. The alternative solution is to build it yourself, a simple website will do using regular HTML CSS and nodejs (there's a ton of resources out there to learn). Don't worry to much about outsourcing and finding talent. Do it yourself.
I think it depends.
This is the third company for me, and my first startup became bankrupt because of being hurrying too much.
If you accomplish the Product Market Fit, you should.
If you have a strong competitor in the same domain which accomplishes the Product Market Fit, you should hire as well.
