Should I sell my Shopify App?

8 Months ago, I created a Shopify app and it's now generating 700 USD/MRR with 80$/Mo expense. This app is on stable growth track with 2-6 Installs per day.

I have released one more app recently, and it's growing way faster than expected. I'll be hitting 5 digit MRR soon with the new one.

Should I focus more on new app and sell the first one? I see huge potential for slow and steady growth of first app. However, the time I spending managing it/dealing with the support is not generating enough returns compared to my successful app.

Should I sell the first app and put more effort in fast growing app or should I keep the first and nurture it's slow but steady growth? If I should sell, where should I be selling it and for what valuation?

Two apps and their support is too much to handle for a one man army. Would love to hear advise from people who were in the similar boat!
