I got 500 visitors on the landing page, 35 subscribers.
I made an MVP in a few days(it's meh) 150 people tried it, but they didn't spend much time using my product, so I wonder if the product is crap or if the problem isn't big enough. Here's the demo https://ob42.github.io/impaktek
I have a list of 35 subscribers, do you think I should cold mail them to ask about feedback ?
Or give up and look for a better idea?
Ask them what they were hoping to see on your product. Doesn't hurt to send a few cold emails
How long have you been trying? If you got 35 subscribers in a single day, I guess you are doing a good job.
I'm interested in finding about green tech jobs in Europe(would love to work in green-tech some day), but I don't see anything different in you job-board other than a list of jobs and a search bar. How do you plan to differentiate?
It just feels like any other job board. How can anybody be exited about that? In fact, the execution is probably a lot below average.
Do you really think that making it a niche for green tech is enough today? I don't think so. Also not sure how green tech is connected with ed tech, for example.
It would be better if you have a relevant web/magazine/newsletter about the niche you chose and the job board would be just part of it.

You should test this with your customers. We aren't your customers so our opinion is invalid.
But, speaking of problem, what problem are you trying to solve exactly?
