Should the pre-launch landing page offer any anchor freebie?
Howdy,
I want to put up a landing page for a new platform pre-launch campaign, which hopefully will help me to collect some leads and will give some sort of validation. I have 2 questions related to this subject:

Should I give any freebie (any downloadable content) to the landing page visitors in order to get their emails? (My fear is that it won't reflect their real interest in the future "product")

What is a good sign up rate for a landing page in order to consider an "idea" validated?
