I recently launched the MVP for my startup, LiveLearnr – a real-time platform to teach and learn skills instantly. Within a day, I received a comment that gave me a fresh perspective on how to market the platform and offer early access. It helped me refocus on what truly matters.

    love this. flipping to interested-learners-first is the same activation logic we lean on at online tribes - first 5 humans matter more than 500 you might invite.

    For anyone that is interested this was the advice "Currently the first biggest thing one sees when visiting is inviting instructors to take first 100 free spots. I would flip it on its head and focus on building a list of interested learners.".
